Taline and Brian tied the knot at the beautiful garden of Hatzi Mansion surrounded by nature’s beauty and their loved ones. They exchanged their vows under a stunning floral arch with roses, peonies, and hydrangeas that created the most romantic atmosphere. The decoration was elegant with crystal chandeliers and gold candlesticks, adding luxury and elegance to the scenery. The beautiful bride chose for her big day a fairytale wedding dress in A-line, adorned with embroidered flowers, mesmerizing her husband and the guests. Enjoy this gorgeous wedding through the following photos and feel the love of the couple!
The bride shared with us: “Brian and I went to the same graduate school, had many of the same friends, but never met in person. He even came to a party at my house in 2012 but never said hello to the host (me!). In 2013, we both got a job in the same company in Washington DC and became colleagues. In 2014, Brian moved to New York and I moved to London. Ironically, shortly after moving thousands of miles apart, we started dating in 2015. After less than a year apart, I moved to New York City to be with him. On October 31st, 2017, Brian cooked dinner, got down on one knee and proposed. My immediate response was telling him to stand up! but then I quickly said yes.”
“We chose blush and ivory roses, peonies, hydrangeas and lots of greenery to cover the venue. We had gold candelabras on the guests’ tables and chandeliers to go with the amazing sunset that evening. We also set up a table with our childhood photos where guests could leave us a note in a wedding guest book. When guests first entered the venue, instead of receiving a typical wedding program, we handed out the front page of a newspaper detailing the ceremony, the countries where our guests have traveled from, a personalized crossword game and other information regarding logistics. At the end of the ceremony, we gave our guests “hangover kits” to help with their much-needed recovery the following day!”
“I got my dress from Kleinfeld in New York. It was an A-line ball gown with a low v back. I soon as I started my search, I knew I did not want a simple white gown that could be worn for any occasion. I loved the flower embroideries and sparkles which covered the dress from the top all the way to the train.”
“Μy favorite moment of our wedding is Brian performing one of his favorite songs on his guitar and playing to a dancing crowd.”
Bride’s Advice: “Take it one step at a time. Prioritize the bigger items first like the wedding venue and the dress. Everything else will come together easily.”
