The wedding we’re sharing today emits a discreet sense of luxury. Alexandra and Michael got married in a dreamy landscape that was gorgeously adorned with bougainvillea, olive branches, white flowers, wood details and golden touches. The place of the ceremony and the reception was transformed into a magnificent, flowering garden which was becoming warmer and warmer as the time passed, with the impressive candles, that created a fairy-tale atmosphere. This wedding offered to the guests exaggerated beauty, smiles, emotion and fun. Enjoy!
Vanessa from Deplanv, shared with us: “Alexandra and Michael’s wedding theme was inspired by the scents and sensory textures of the Athenian Riviera. We wished to infuse the secret language of flowers with organic details drawn from the rich native countryside, a nod to the couple’s love for everything rustic. Wishing to elevate our open space, antique gold glows drifted like pale shadows in every corner, while the floral design gravitated around olive branches, bougainvillea, hydrangea, eucalyptus, roses, Greek wildflowers, and herbs, reinventing the classics and adding a touch of whimsy to the overall setting.”
“Alexandra and Michael’s super sweet disposition and affection for finer things inspired us to create an art de la table to exude the couple’s charm. We went for compositions crested with swathes of olive and bougainvillea, brass and metallic vintage vases, mass candle lights and copper hued candlesticks while customizing the seating with vignettes of made-to-order pouches filled with traditional Greek almond sweets and elegant thank you notes. We loved getting creative with this atmosphere decadent opulence for Alexandra and Michael, and we couldn’t be happier to see them happily dance under their canopy of starry Athenian skies”.
