Interview with fashion designer Inbal Dror

I LOVE my job with a passion but there are days like today when I truly have to pinch myself… just to make sure this is not a dream. I am over the moon ecstatic to share with you our interview with fashion designer Inbal Dror! Over the past months I have been completely mesmerized with her wedding dress gowns, their fabulous and daring designs so you can understand the excitement I felt pure joy when we had a chance to ask her a few questions about her stunning designs and her creative process!

When did you know that you wanted to be a designer?

“I was always interested in fashion and I studied at Shenkar Fashion Academy in Israel, then I moved close to Milan for 4 years. Upon my return to Israel, I started designing dresses for private brides. Just a few years later I started the “label” Inbal Dror“

What type of woman do you have in mind when you are designing?

“I design for all women. My passion was always to design feminine, figure flattering dresses”

Which one of your dresses is the most popular ?

“There isn’t one particular dress, it ranges depending on the nationality of the bride. There seems to be certain bridal fashions for each country”

Where do you find your inspiration?

“I studied the woman’s body and figure; adoring its curves and structure. My recent collection was also inspired by the architecture and history of Venice”
