“We met while working at the same hospital in NYC and we got engaged in Paris in Montmartre in front of the Sacre Coeur while watching the sunset over Paris. Dimitrios walked up to the top of the cathedral pretending to take pictures. He gave an envelope to a woman to give to me. I thought she was trying to sell me something so I said no thank you until I realized the envelope had my name on it. Then the butterflies started! I opened the envelope which revealed a 2 page love letter which ended in “Will you Marry Me?” Dimitrios then walked down the stairs where he officially proposed! My dream was to get engaged in the romantic city of Paris, so it truly was a dream come true!”
