I am so excited so share with you the unique wedding favor ideas that our super talented wedding bloggers have shared in our favorite series “Bloggers say I do”. Gorgeous inspiration shared by top wedding bloggers across the world that express the style of each one them! Today we have rounded up the unique & creative wedding favors that our fellow wedding bloggers would have chosen if they were to re-imagine their wedding! Enjoy!
Amy, the vintage loving creator of Chic Vintage Brides for her re-imagined wedding said: “Our wedding favors would be beautiful wool blankets to keep our guests cozy – I love the idea of favors that can be taken away, used every day and cherished”
Wedding blogger Sara from Burnett’s Boards chose edible favors for her reimagined wedding: “For wedding favors we would give foodie themed gifts like wine glasses, or cutting boards and a sampling of cheeses”
“I love weddings with meaningful and handmade details. These biscuits in a bag with grandma’s recipe printed on it are right up my alley. The perfect way to give guests a yummy treat, tie it in with a family favorite, and give them a way to make it themselves at home”, Megan from Glamour & Grace mentioned when we featured her beautiful re-imagined wedding.
For her wedding Emily from Bespoke Bride would choose handmade DIY creations:“These would have to be handmade, along with much of our décor. I am a huge DIY fan and just love the thought of guests going home with gifts that that have been made with love and care! I would also really like to include something that would be good for the environment, like some flower or bird seed”.
“I’m not a big fan of wedding favours, so I’d rather leave welcome gifts in my guests rooms with local treats and snacks, a map, spa details and of course a hangover kit!”, Louise from BLOVED said about the unique wedding favors at her reimegined wedding.
Ariana from Hey Wedding Lady shared her thoughts about very creative wedding favors at her re-imagined wedding: “My personal favor philosophy is don’t offer something unless you can find a use for the 80 or so that get left behind after the wedding. Rather than a traditional favor – I once ended up with 150 monogrammed mini flashlights (that didn’t work) after a wedding – I’d rather do a take home treat. A station with pastries, packets of local coffee, tea, orange juice, and champagne splits is a fun way to let guests put together a morning-after kit!”
“I’m not sure that I’ll do wedding favors, only because I know so many of them get left behind by guests. But, if I change my mind, I’d like to have something that guests will definitely use around the house like a nice blanket, unique mug, or even a bag of good coffee beans”, Jasmine from My Hotel Wedding mentioned when she shared her thoughts about how she would plan her wedding.
And last but surely not least, Gillian from Coastal Bride said that for her dream wedding she would want to have these beautiful unique wedding favors: “With a smaller guest count you can get more personalized with gifts. I really like the idea of giving monogrammed copper mugs to each guest or small jars of sea salt. They can be used at the wedding and enjoyed after as well”
