I am so thrilled today and I find it extremely difficult to even try to contain my excitement when I am finally presenting you the amazing styled shoot that took place at King George Hotel with the greatest team of wedding professionals ever! You swooned over the behind the scene images so… with all due respect… the modern…pretty and impossibly romantic styled photoshoot!
“Love in Paris” by Victoria Kyriakides.. Inspired by a romantic night at the magical Montmartre place in Paris, this gown is made of exquisite French Chantilly lace with a low back. This wedding dress is perfect for the bride that is seeking a sultry, romantic look. Aren’t the white bow peep toe bridal shoes to die for?
The styled shoot began in one of the luxurious suites of the prestigious King George Hotel that is situated near the historical Syntagma Square in the heart of Athens. The hotel that strives to transcend their guests’ expectations and that is completely adapted with the high standard of the Luxury Collection Hotels.
Wedding cupcakes! Penny Pavlidou from Penny’s Cakes prepared the most delicious butter vanilla and lemon cupcakes that were decorated with sugar flower anemones, buttercups, roses, romantic bows in pastel colors. Her tasty “creations” are a true reflection of the spring infused styled shoot and at the same time they also add a touch of vintage in the luxurious hotel environment.
Aggeliki Kokkinou from Kokkinos Flowers is the extremely creative woman behind the utterly romantic décor of the styled shoot. Wedding decoration ideas with an artistic flair. Wax and gypsum were used to create the flower filled forms. The handmade wedding favors were made from clay and leather stems that held together gracefully the elegant pouch. The romantic wedding favors are known as “little anemones”.
«Mazi», which means together in Greek, is the name of the modern wedding wreaths for the artist AggelikiKokkinou. With materials such as leather and wire, a thin braid is formed… so simple yet so beautiful…

The Cali Shianna wedding dress…what a dream! When Sarah wore the dress for the styled shoot, she was so happy when she said “this dress makes me feel like a princess!” Victoria was inspired by the Grand Ball at the Chateau Versailles. The wedding gown features incredibly luxurious texture that was created from French crochet embroidered lace over silk chiffon.

A modern wedding invitation in white with an impressive pattern from Biniatian.
The bridal bouquet was a reminder of Spring… with white anemone flowers and pale pink roses… The black-white antithesis in the anemones certainly gave this romantic flower arrangement a small dose of intensity.
The bridal styled shoots ends with some of my most favorite photos: images that combine the natural beauty of Sarah, the gorgeous “work of art” by Victoria Kyriakides…the olive symbolism…the history of the parliament. All captured by the talented beyond words photographer George Pahountis.
