The picturesque and romantic city of Verona was a perfect fit for this fall wedding anniversary shoot. This couple celebrated its 8th wedding anniversary in a 17th century private villa and the baroque table setting and colorful bouquet and flower crown just complemented the atmospheric building.
Enjoy!
From Iokasti of MAZI Event: “I am so excited and grateful about this styled shoot!Introducing the ultimate destination for a wedding anniversary in the most romantic city of Italy – Verona. This lovely couple just celebrated their 8th wedding anniversary and we designed and planned an exceptional weekend in a 17th century private villa, overlooking the panoramic view of the historic city. Riana travels a lot around the world – she’s a leisure travel industry guru – so the location had to be very special. I got the idea of suggesting Verona, an arresting place, to match their anniversary. It’s just a breath away from Athens and, I have to admit, I am an Italy lover myself! They adored the idea, and from there on followed a busy period of planning and hectic preparations for a love story straight out of a fairy tale!”
“Ι was enormously lucky to be working with Giovanna Aprili: an amazing and talented photographer based in Northern Italy. I will never forget the day we met in person to enjoy an apperitivo in Piazza Erbe – we felt like we’ve known each other since forever. Giovanna has captured every moment with great feeling and respect.”
“As for the stationery from Chirography, we used handmade paper with a smokey effect, to add to the flamboyant vibe. The beautiful calligraphy elevated the dramatic baroque style and made it all come together.”
“A beautiful flower crown and luscious garden bouquet were just two of the details from this Fall wedding anniversary Riana appreciated the most. Bouquets -arranged of both earthy greeneries and flowers- have been perfectly arrayed on the dinner table, along with the luxurious keepsakes the couple offered to all of their guests as a timeless gift.”
“We created a memorable alternative guestbook cut οut for the occasion: a hand-painted globe, for the couple to look back on their adventures all around the world.”
