«I met Kostas quite a while ago as we were classmates and friends in high school. Even though we always had feelings for each other we never expressed it in a way. Years later and after I returned to Thessaloniki as I was a student in another city, we again came close because of mutual friends and inevitably ended up together as the feelings remained the same. The marriage proposal was Harry Potter themed as I’m a huge fan. He reserved the courtyard of my favorite shop as Konstantinos knew very well that I do not like public and extravagant events as I am quite shy and to the sounds of music from the Harry Potter movies he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him, Inside my favorite book Harry Potter had made a large hole in the shape of a heart and put the ring inside… », the bride shared with us.

«I wanted the wedding colors and choices to be in pastel romantic – earthy shades without exaggeration. The white and pink pastel were the main color in the flowers as well as the overall decoration of the setting. What I loved the most in the decoration was the welcome board at the entrance of the reception that welcomed people but also had a very personal piece of me and Konastantinos, with some lyrics of my favorite band that mean a lot to us. Another very favorite element of mine were the wedding favors which I made myself with a lot of love. The wedding bouquet had roses in pastel pink and white colors and its shape was strictly round. »

«We met abroad. It was summertime and there was a Greek festival in Germany, which we both visited. This is where our “love at first sight” story began. Regarding the proposal, he was trying to make it happen during our summer holiday in Mykonos, but I understood it, ruined the surprise and we ended up choosing the ring together. What should I say? At least I got the ring I liked the most», the bride shared with us.

«First of all, its important to mention that I had already visioned everything years before he actually proposed. I had two concepts in my mind, one “beach style” since the first idea was to get married in Chalkidiki and the second “glamorous & luxurious style”. We ended up choosing the second, which actually fits us way more. The most important person that helped me with the decoration, organization, and general details for everything was the event planner Natali Markou Event Planning who I love, respect, adore and admire for her work! The flowers were in different shades of pink and white. We had liliums, hydrangeas and several kinds of roses. For my bridal bouquet, we decided to keep only roses. The whole decoration was minimal, chic, and luxurious. There were the following colors everywhere: white, gold, see-through glass, and of course the colors that were mentioned above regarding the flowers. There were so many flowers everywhere! The best think we did -thank God Natali thought about it- we used all the flowers from the church in the reception, too. The team of Ever Green Glowers Market did an amazing job. »
