Today we will transport you to the picturesque village of Lefkara in Cyprus, where Olga and Nikos decided to seal their love. The gorgeous couple created an unforgettable celebration of love with the natural beauty as a background. The day was filled with greenery and wooden touches, rustic details, bouquets and wreaths with Limonium and other fresh flowers in white color. The bride was stunning in her gorgeous Complice Stalo Theodorou wedding dress with soft tulle, lace designs and decorative pearls. See all the beautiful details through the following photos!
The bride shared with us: “We got married in summer at the church of Timios Stavros in Pano Lefkara.”
“The wedding dress that I chose for my wedding was the first that I tried! I visited the atelier of Complice Stalo Theodorou in Nicosia and after that I didn’t have to go somewhere else. It was made of French lace and a transparency which was penetrated by the rays of the sun giving the wedding dress a lighter feel.”
“The colors of our wedding were white, dusty pink and green. We used various greenery such as eucalyptus and white mainly limonium , which I also used in the invitation cards. The flowers were tied with long dusty pink ribbons.”
“I wanted my decoration to be as simple as possible, in harmony with the beauty of the village and the vineyard, where the reception took place. A detail that stood out was the central, rustic rectangular table, where we have our seats… I also loved the invitations which were made of recycled paper. Then, we tied a flower to each one of them.”
“I followed Love4weddings before and even after our wedding! I can find inspiration through the articles for so many things! It helped me a lot when I was looking for a natural simple venue for an intimate wedding. I wanted to avoid the stereotypes. It also helped me to choose Pandora catering as I was looking for a more alternative menu.”
Advice to a bride-to-be: “My advice to a bride-to-be is to avoid exaggeration. I think that simplicity always brings out a more beautiful and elegant result. After all, “Less is more!”.”
