There is nothing more romantic than a winter wedding. The stunning images captured by Pahountis Photography you will see today are like something from a dream. I honestly could not think of a more perfect time to share this winter wedding in Lake Tahoe.
After seeing this beautiful wedding, trust me when I tell you… it will be all you can think about.
The groom shared with us: “It didn’t take me very long to start falling for Solomita. Her beauty, unparalleled. Her heart, so pure. Her strength, in Him. She is the woman that I have fallen for every single day since we met, without fail. She is so full of grace and so full of love. Her joy is contagious. Her support for me is unrelenting. Not one day has passed since we started dating that I have not smiled because of her. When we first met in Los Angeles, little did I know that I would be blessed with the opportunity to one day to get down on one knee and ask this woman to spend the rest of her life with me. After a few years of dating, that day finally came and she said yes. Knowing that I have someone that loves me as much as she does is a blessing”.
From the bride:“Meeting Cameron and falling in love with him has been the best part of my life. At first, we were just friends, but little by little I started noticing things about him that I knew I couldn’t live without. Like the way he would always open the door for me and how his smile would somehow always warm my heart. He has showed me what true love is and now I can’t imagine my life without him…”
The beautiful bride was wearing a dreamy Enzoani wedding dress with soft tulle and Chantilly lace: “I wanted a dress that was elegant and classy – something timeless. Then I changed into more of a form-fitting and fun dress for the first dance”.
“The ceremony took place in beautiful Lake Tahoe, California at West Shore Cafe & Inn.”.
“We wanted our winter wedding to have a style that was very intimate and comfortable while still tasteful. We didn’t want any standout colors so we went with natural tones such as deep greens and warm wood tones that would match the feeling of the Lake Tahoe area. As you’ll notice in the pictures, we wanted a cozy feel with many candles. The venue itself was full of rustic character yet still very elegant…”
The groom shared with us: “The best moment of the wedding was watching Solomita appear and begin to walk down the aisle. My emotions have never captivated me in that way before. Tears were inevitable and it was a moment I will never forget…”
“The best moment of the wedding for me was seeing Cameron at the end of the aisle, at the alter, waiting for me. It was surreal knowing a few minutes later, I would be married to my best friend. Those tears were the happiest tears I will ever cry…”, the bride mentioned.
“The best decision we made about the wedding was writing our own vows. It made the ceremony so much more personal and emotional for both of us”.
“Meeting Cameron and falling in love with him has been the best part of my life. At first, we were just friends, but little by little I started noticing things about him that I knew I couldn’t live without. Like the way he would always open the door for me and how his smile would somehow always warm my heart. He has showed me what true love is and now I can’t imagine my life without him… Knowing him has been the best part of my life and getting to marry him is a dream come true.”.
“I would advise a bride that is planning her wedding not to stress about the small details of the wedding because the only things that you will remember from your wedding day are the things that truly matter, like marrying the love of your life. That’s what it’s all about…”

This winter wedding is incredible. It’s so perfect. I love all the decor and that first photo of them wrapped in the blanket is just so awesome!
