I have been shamelessly gushing over this New York wedding since the very first moment I laid my eyes on it… and not to mention THE dress! An incredibly stylish Victoria Kyriakides long sleeve wedding dress with luxurious French crochet embroidered lace over a nude lining with open back. The fashion forward bride completed her flawless look with silk satin handmade platform shoes from the VKK Victoria Kyriakides Shoe Collection made in Milan. I completely adore the stunning head piece with white crystals shaped as “angel wings” also designed by Victoria Kyriakides and the breathtakingly long soft tulle veil with hand embroidered French Cordone lace trim. Fashion desinger Victoria Kyriakides shared wth us: “Lucy is a creative and stylish woman. She lives and works in Manhattan as an architect. Initially she wanted her wedding to have a NY celebrity style, contemporary and fresh without any exaggerations. Due to her occupation, she adores clean design lines, therefore the “O Academy” was a natural choice. A glamorous red carpet dress, in a new design version”.
The very stylish New York wedding was captured beautifully by photographer Brooke Fitts and as she mentioned: “ I really really loved shooting this wedding. Andy and Lucy are from Australia, but fell in love in NYC and have their home here. Their wedding was a classic NYC downtown wedding with portraits shot in NOLITA and along Houston and Bowery streets. The ladies got ready at the Crosby Street Hotel. The guests were predominately from Australia and everyone was so happy and excited to be celebrating this event in NYC. It was one of those evenings that I really did feel especially lucky to be a part of”.
