The bride shared with us: “We had a Spring wedding in Santorini island. We met in 2015 during our first year of dental school and began dating shortly after! Matt proposed during Memorial Day Weekend during a trip to Kennebunkport, Maine out on the marina. My wedding dress was Stella York style 7185. I wanted something simple and graceful with a little bit of bling that would compliment the simplicity and gracefulness of the venue and the decor.”
“We decided to go with a simple and elegant style, and let the beauty of the Santorini caldera backdrop speak for itself! We wanted to compliment, not distract from, the gorgeous and unique scenery. We loved being able to show our family a part of the world that is very special to us. We also found it very special to read our personal vows aloud to each other in front of our families!”
Bride’s Advise: “Get yourself a wedding planner, especially if it’s an international destination wedding! Or at least follow some on Instagram to find your vendors.”
