Lefkas Weddings shared with us: «In Greek myths, many Naiades were the wives of kings and these immortal beauties were loved by the gods and humans. They often gave their names to towns, cities and islands, and as such were surely regarded as the goddess-protectors of a settlement’s main water supply such as a spring, fountain, or well. From our box of gorgeous handmade stationery provided by White Olive Design Studio, we selected this linen finish paper with blue calligraphy. The soft texture of the organza ribbon sealed with silver wax reflected the blue and stone tones of our waterfalls location. Our lace gown was chosen with the romantic bride. in mind. It featured a waterfall Bardot neckline for its elegance as well as a nod to our location. We decided our Naiads inspired bride would suit a light fragrance like Burberry Weekend. Described as having a relaxed personality found in the outdoor spirit of the Burberry brand it suits our natural waterfalls location. With its handwritten logo style, it expresses the spontaneous attitude of the fragrance. Elegant silver and mirror details reflected the colors of the water. A rustic or natural environment does not mean you have to compromise on luxe touches. We added vintage silver candelabra and cake servers from our winter trips browsing antique markets in UK and Bucharest».
