From Emily Collett Photography : “The shoot at the Monastery was inspired by both the architecture and history of Blackfriars alongside further influences from Italian destination wedding style. A muted colour palette paired with an abundance of textures and flowers resulted in an ethereal, romantic and luxurious experience. Dried flower ‘meadows’ created interesting centerpieces complimented by the large floral displays, climbing the walls next to the tables, which was very much necessary in the huge and high space. The beautiful, hand painted stationery paired with handmade ceramics created a cohesive look with simple textiles to further lament the luxurious, understated style. The layered gowns selected were perfect for brides who are looking for something delicate and lightweight yet glamorous with their embroidered and appliqué detailing, making each a great selection for a destination wedding. The medley of show stopping dresses from The Wedding Club Official had embellished elements which added an extra layer of detail to the elegant looks created. Each were complimented with handmade jewellery and accessories by Emmy London, Erin Cox, Eden B Studio, Sash and Veil and The Vamoose. The honey colored backdrop provided the perfect setting to radiate the warmth and love throughout. Rosi and Oli smiled all day long. Every detail, and every moment was simply gorgeous.”
