Hannah and Brad’s destination wedding in Santorini was beautiful and romantic. Santorini is the couple’s favorite destination, since it was the first island they visited together as a couple. Every summer they revisit the Greek island and they always stay at the Hotel 28.
The wedding dress was a Maggie Sottero design. A stunning dress with an ancient Greek style. It had a perfect fit and the bodice tied beautifully in the back.
The bride’s hair was styled by Litsa, the talented hair stylist from Plaisir salon in Fira, The bride mentions: «Litsa knew exactly what I wanted and the result was even better!»
The Maggie Sottero wedding dress had a slim line and an impressive belt that was decorated with Swarovski crystals.
The groom was calm and collective…enjoying every moment of the preparation time with his loved ones. Friends and family that travelled a long way to be with him on this special day.
The ceremony took place in the Church of Agios Efstathios, in the traditional village of Megalochori. A picturesque location with white houses and a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea.
The bride followed the cobblestone road to the church as the local musicians played traditional island wedding songs.
The most beautiful moment for the bride was: «When we exchanged our vows as the sun was setting. Memorable moments for me were also walking down the aisle (down the cobbled steps) with my Dad to see Brad waiting for me… For us the whole thing was incredible».
Brad asked Hannah to marry him during a trip in Southern France, on Valentine’s Day. The most romantic day of the year.
The wedding planning was orchestrated by Dream on Events. The result? Outstanding.
Following the beautiful ceremony, a reception was held at the Theros Wave Bar in Vlyhada. A wedding venue with a unique location since it is situated next to the sea and a view of the volcano.
The bride’s advice to other couples planning their wedding: «Find a wedding planner that tunes into exactly what you want and enjoy every minute!»
