The wedding at City Hall of Georgia and Manos was very stylish. A wedding story that gives the impression that is derived from a romantic movie.
For this special day, Georgia wore a chic pair of high heels, designed by Vasilis Zoulias. The color is the bride’s favorite: fuchsia!
An pretty bouquet made with pink colored peonies and small roses.
The bride and groom prepared for their wedding day in their hotel room.
They dressed each other, as if it was part of a secret ritual. The moments were very intense and full of emotion.
Their wedding photographer, always being very discrete, captured every moment, every emotion as he saw them on their faces, on their smiles and on their movements.
The couple met at work. Manos was Georgia’s “mentor”. They fell in love, they moved to Vienna, then in Kosovo, then in Athens…and now they strating their new adventure in New York.
The bride’s dress was a 1950’s insprired creation by the one and only Vasilis Zoulias. A silk vintage dress that enhanced her femininity.
As the bride explains: “A wedding at City Hall is like a private rehearsal for the religious wedding. It could be magical, if the couple chooses carefully the location, the setup and the guests”.
Their civil wedding took place in the Municipality of Nafplio, the first city they visited as a couple. “We live to travel!”, says the bride and continues “and from our trips we collect like crazy the tourist magnets and mail the traditional post cards to all our friends”
The bride advises: “Every bride should view the wedding at City Hall not as a common procedure that includes a lot of bureaucracy, but as a given luxury to plan her wedding as she has always wanted it to be”.
A day in the life of this romantic couple, is described by the bride: “Always in our home one will find candles, fresh flowers and…raclette, our favorite cheese and the only swiss recipe that Manos knows! In our home, we always have the radio playing jazz”.
Manos proposed in a train carriage that Manos had reserved especially for the two of them. He showed a musical video he made with photos from the first day they met and all their trips and moments together as a couple. The bride mentions: “When he played the last song, he asked me to «Dance me to the end of love». Then I saw the ring that our dog was holding. The truth is that technically…Manos never proposed to me!»
