Sonia and Trevor celebrated their love spending three memorable days in Athens filled with joy, love and inspiring details that you won’t want to miss. We love the way vivid floral arrangements were incorporated with stylish details to couple’s Indian ceremony while for their Jewish seaside ceremony chose romantic white blooms that beautifully decorated every inch of the place. A strapless a line Justin Alexander wedding gown was the perfect design for Sonia’s big day and we are delighted that Everlasting Tales was there to capture it all! We cannot wait for you to dive into this beautiful multicultural wedding in Greece!

“We met in September 2016, I was spending a year abroad in New York on a marketing internship and I met Trevor at a bar in Manhattan the day before Thanksgiving (November 2016). After 10 months of dating, I had to leave New York and go back to England because my internship ended, so we decided to long distance between London and New York. In April 2019, Trevor took me to Barcelona, where he was planning to propose on a boat. However, the weather was horrible, and the company told him, he couldn’t propose on the boat. So, after googling “how to propose in Barcelona” and spending all day on a hop on hop off tour bus, at the very last stop – Mount Tibidabo. Trevor finally found the perfect spot to propose”, Sonia shared with us.
“We chose white roses for the bouquet. Roses are my favourite flower and we picked white to go with the Grecian theme. I had red roses for the Indian ceremony and wedding day. We didn’t need to go overboard with the decoration because the venue was beautiful. I just wanted to make sure we had fairy lights at both reception parties to make the scene look magical. The Indian wedding ceremony was reds, golds, whites. The Jewish wedding ceremony was more of a Grecian theme of white and blue”.
“My favourite moment was the final wedding reception night. The band playing, as us dancing as husband and wife under the canopy of fairy lights in a venue completely surrounded by the Aegean Sea”.
“Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong for us leading up to the wedding with lost shipped items, coronavirus travel rules etc. We didn’t have everything we needed for our wedding, but our family and friends pitched in and helped out to make it the best wedding ever – and no one could really tell the small details that we planned but couldn’t share. So, anything that goes wrong or not to plan – most of time only you will notice it, the guests won’t and will have a great time anyway!
“My wedding gown was an A-line Justin Alexander dress – with a laced, fitted bodice, strapless and then a tulle skirt that flowed down”.
“Our event lasted 3 days. Day 1 was a pre-wedding party, day 2 was the Indian ceremony and reception and the 3rd day was the Jewish ceremony and reception so there’s was lot of details to consider for all 3 days, but everything and everyone involved were incredible and we could not be more lucky! And now we have the memories captured beautifully by Everlasting Tales, who we could not recommend enough!”
